NEF Technique

The NEF technique for penile lengthening and girth enhancement was awarded with the European Carlos V Award for Medical Innovation—is based on autologous enhancement using the patient’s own tissue. Lengthening is achieved through a partial release of the suspensory ligament. Instead of fully cutting the ligament, the procedure carefully releases its outer layer from the pubic bone, significantly reducing the risk of retraction. The release is limited to the anterior two-thirds of the ligament, while the inner portion remains attached to the bone to preserve the natural erection angle. To further minimize the risk of retraction, the NEF technique incorporates a fascial flap positioned between the ligament and the pubic bone, ensuring stability and long-term results.

Clinical studies show an average gain of 4.8 cm in the flaccid state and about 4.0 cm in erection. More than 90% of patients achieve between 3 and 6.5 cm in length.
A small amount of abdominal fat is gently removed through micro-liposuction. These fat cells are then purified and placed under the penile fascia, not under the skin, creating a natural and lasting increase in circumference — with an average gain of about 2 cm.
The NEF technique is scientifically validated and has shown a very low rate of complications. Minor risks include temporary bruising or small superficial wounds. Importantly, there have been no reported cases of erectile dysfunction or loss of sensitivity.
Patients can choose between the NEF Classic (a small Y-shaped incision hidden in the pubic area) or the NEF Scarless (percutaneous approach without visible scar). Additional refinements such as pubic liposuction, circumcision, or abdominoplasty can be combined if desired.
